Returns Procedure

Uber9 gives you a 14 day grace period in which you might decide you no longer want the products you ordered. This 14 day period begins the day on which the item is delivered and includes the time it may take to return the order to us.

At Uber9, we want the return procedure to be easy for you. Uber9 never wants to be a source of stress for anyone! To return your Uber9 product, please pack the relevant item securely, enclose your name and address and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days from the day that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
