Uber9 accepts most major credit/debit cards via PayPal and from PayPal accounts.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us via PayPal, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Cancelling an Order/Returns Procedure
If you have not submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time.
If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation email from Uber9, your order has been placed. If, after that, you wish to cancel your order you will need to do so before we send you an order completed email. If you wish to cancel and order after this point, you must wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure.
Once we've heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, and if applicable the goods are returned to us in the same condition that they were when delivered to you, we will refund your payment, less the shipping charge where applicable, to you via PayPal. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Uber9, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
