Exchange Procedure

Uber9 will be happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 working days from the day the package is received.

To exchange your Uber9 product, please pack the relevant item securely, enclose your name and address and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days from the day that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, and for the re-shipping of the replacement shirt. You will need to pay the shipping charge again via PayPal to us or enclose payment with your returned item.
